Southern Branches, Inc. is a North Carolina licensed landscape contracting company that has been doing business in Western North Carolina for about 6 years.  We take pride in our work and our goal is to make landscapes look as natural as possible, creating a casual enjoyment of the native beauty of the mountains.  We make sure everything we do is structurally solid, and we put just as much emphasis on functionality as we do aesthetics.

Although we sometimes work directly for homeowners, we mostly do machine work for landscapers and building contractors. We act as subcontractors that can handle grading, utility lines, terracing, large boulder work and hardscape construction.  Lately we have done a lot of jobs for local landscaping companies. We can take a design and get it to planting stage very fast, and then the landscapers can install the plants, mulch, handstack rock walls, etc.

   Like most small businesses, we are constantly evolving.  What we have realized lately is that we want to stay very small. We are dedicated to only one project at a time, and we can accomplish a lot with our resources and experience.
